Jane Wurwand a skin therapist is the founder of Dermalogica. While teaching at IDI, Jane realized the need for a product line that would change skin. So in 1986, Dermalogica was born – her vision was clear – a product line free of common irritants and ingredients that could cause breakouts (including lanolin, SD alcohol, mineral oil, artificial colours and fragrances) that would improve skin health, and were only available from qualified salon care professionals trained at The International Dermal Institute.
